- Add transfer depth limiting in BFS/Dijkstra (MaxTransfers field in SearchOptions)
- Track transfer count at each step; stop when depth > 5
- Synthetic edge fallback on expansion failure
- Add TestLazyExpansionDepthLimit and TestFindRouteMaxTransfers tests
